This dessert is known for being very difficult, and while they can be if not done properly, I can show you how to make them easily and have them turn out amazing!! You can whip up a dessert that will be impressive at parties!
A Chocolate Souffle requires precision like most baking does. Even a little bit of egg yolk mixed with the egg white will mess up the whole dish. Take your time and do it right the first time and you’ll be good to go!

Chocolate Souffle
A dessert that is known for being complex. Don't be scared! You can do it with these easy steps as long as you're precise in your work. Do everything as follows and you'll have some bomb souffles out of the oven in no time!!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate (bar or chips)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs whites
- 3 egg yolks
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- unsalted butter for baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cover souffle dishes with butter and sugar, tap out excess sugar. Set dishes on baking sheet.
- Set a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Combine chocolate, vanilla, and 1/4 cup water. Stir until chocolate is melted(about 10 min). Set aside(20 min).
- Add egg yolks to chocolate mixture.
- Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Then add sugar, a little at a time, and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg white mixture into chocolate mixture. Use a spatula.
- Transfer mixture into 6 dishes, evenly. Bake until puffed, around 30 minutes.
