Method
- Combine dry ingredients(flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt). In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and bananas.
- Stir dry mixture into banana mixture. The batter will be lumpy.
- Heat a griddle or pan on the stove over medium heat. Add some butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles start to form and flip and both sides are golden brown.
