Banana Pancakes

Fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, these banana pancakes are a delight for breakfast! They are so easy to make and a little healthier, I guess you could say. Bananas are the perfect fruit to pair with pancakes, but you can also make these pancakes with fruits like blueberries or strawberries!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • chocolate chips optional
  • syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients(flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt). In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and bananas.
  • Stir dry mixture into banana mixture. The batter will be lumpy.
  • Heat a griddle or pan on the stove over medium heat. Add some butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles start to form and flip and both sides are golden brown.
