Banana Pancakes

Fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, these banana pancakes are a delight for breakfast! They are so easy to make and a little healthier, I guess you could say. Bananas are the perfect fruit to pair with pancakes, but you can also make these pancakes with fruits like blueberries or strawberries!!
Combine dry ingredients(flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt). In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and bananas.
Stir dry mixture into banana mixture. The batter will be lumpy.
Heat a griddle or pan on the stove over medium heat. Add some butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles start to form and flip and both sides are golden brown.
