Spinach Artichoke Dip

A delicious, creamy and cheesy crowd favorite! You don't even taste the vegetables. Served with chips or baguettes this is the perfect appetizer for your guests or family. This is an oven-baked recipe and so easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drain liquid, chopped
  • 6 oz frozen spinach thawed, drain liquid

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 dish or your preferred dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and pepper,
  • Stir in artichokes and spinach. Add mozzarella cheese on top
  • Spread mixture in baking dish evenly. Bake for 20 min or until the cheese is caramelized.
  • Serve with baguettes or chips.

Notes

This dip can be made in advance by setting it in the fridge for a day. The next day, take it out of the refrigerator and leave it outside for 30 min. Then add cheese on top and bake.
